Hunterdon-Central was our sister school when I went to high school. I 100% saw this crap happening when I was in school 20+ years ago. Everyone thought the PULSE club was dumb and we ignored it. They were fine and we were fine.
This is a different level. This kind of stuff should not be done at a school. If I were to do this at my job, I would be fired instantly.

I guess I’m failing to see the big issue here. I can agree it should have taken place outside school hours, but sounds like only certain faculty and students were invited. Likely faculty and students already supportive of this club.
What am I missing?

The fact that anyone could defend this is truly amazing. You don’t need a “lookout” unless you even know you are doing something wrong. Unreal
I’m sure you’d be cool if your daughter took part in a secret show while some male staff member stood lookout so no else could see what was going on inside
