I’ve never seen a top 5 player check out of games the way Harden does. From the time the game starts, he’s just plodding up and down the court disinterested. Reminds me of Game 6 vs SAS when he’s doing this.

It is the dog days bro. And Portland just isn’t an opponent that he will get up for. As much as I love dame and cj, nah. wake Me up post all star break. This is the dead part of the season.

Not really. I disagree. The best team will win regardless of who has the home court. I can’t really think of a nba series where the better team lost bc they didn’t have the home court.

James just doesn’t have the competitive spirit that the all time greats have to win in the dog days. It’s why he can’t pull it off in the playoffs when he plays the Alphas in a 7 game series.

With the usage rate that Harden carries, it is impossible to give it 100% every possession.

With that being said, his off ball activity is pathetic. He won't even think about a backdoor cut. He just wants to stand in the corner when Westbrook is on ball

He hasn't won shite, so he hasn't earned the right to coast.

This is a low IQ take.

You clearly don’t know ball.

If we keep having to wake you up to appreciate Harden we’ll eventually have to bury you

It’s this kind of thinking why your team is a perennial failure. Winners play hard all season.

James Harden is averaging over 37 points per game. And he isn't taking all of these rests days like the others. I think he is probably pretty fatigued right now. I wouldn't mind resting him for a week or so.

Watching a Harden led basketball teams sucks. He was like 9 of 36 the other day and ended up with like 40 points because he seeks out fouls so he can go to the line 50 times a game.

Pretty easy if you always define the better team by who won the series.

He's a Rockets/Harden fan, so I wouldn't assume that factors into his definition.

Clearly not as shown from Kawhi last year.

Toronto may have won the title but does anyone actually believe that would have happened had Golden State not been slammed hard by injuries during that series?

Who cares, they won it.
Kawhi took nights off.
GS has won the title as well with having their stars taking nights off. San Antonio did this well before

Players take nights off now days.

Taking regular season nights off isn't why harden loses.
