So they originally suspended him 4 games. The NCAA said no. So they suspended him 3 games and the NCAA said "sure, why not."

quite the opposite. michigan's brand new president got involved with negotiations and pretty much pushed the AD out of the conversation last year, and stated via twitter that JH would be coming back, and that he'd love to have JH stay
