Update from ticket office staff on refunds

Was just on hold for about 50 minutes.
For those interested in the refund policy, I was told you have 2 options as a season ticket holder.
1. Full refund of Tradition Fund and Season Ticket cost. If you choose this option you will give up your rights to those specific seats moving forward.
2. Partial Refund of Season Ticket cost. This means you will not receive a refund of your Tradition Fund, but you reserve the rights to your seats moving forward.
The rep also said the information about tailgating policy will likely come out around 9-10 am on Friday 27th, which should give people some time to email the ticket office of their decision for the season. That deadline is also Friday 27th.
Hope that helps.

This is fricked up.

Is that published anywhere? Option1 is the way to go. We’ve been on the fence about dumping our tickets, and this is the last straw.
I’ll cheer for the boys on the field, but LSU isn’t getting another dime outside of merchandise

I'm planning on going as I'm vaccinated, but for those that don't want to, it's kind of fricked to make them give up future seats. If you're going to mandate the vaccine thing, then you should offer full refunds of everything with continued access to the seats next season.

This.
Im all for deferring another season (as eventually this shite will end…maybe).
But making us give up our seats because of this nonsense may be the nail in the coffin for me.

I like how they basically give you half a day to make as decision.

I bought 2 tickets to the Florida game. I hope I can refund the purchase. I love the Tigers but I will not comply. I guess I’ve attended my last LSU game in Tiger Stadium. Will look at potential road games to watch in person.

It’s such an LSU move to release a bullshite policy on a Friday.

Yeah, I was OK with the Saints not allowing refunds without giving up your tickets, because it was mandated by the mayor and not the Saints. But this is an LSU policy, they should allow people to opt out this year. It's like a bait and switch.

You know how we know you are disingenuous about this? There have been thousands of tickets available since the expansion. Why didn't you "scoop up" those tickets when they were available? You can actually go to the LSU site and buy season tickets from LSU right now.

At least you have plenty of time to make up your mind.

lol asking for a refund because you don’t want to take a COVID test
You have 3 weeks before the home opener

That means tailgating is fricked.

With the same protocols. Good luck.
