It was a curveball. Maybe it was intentional, but if so it should have been a 96 mph fastball.

He hit him on the bottom of the bat/lower hand. Different batter hit in the helmet a few at bats earlier. Gilbert better check his shite as it is way over the top for a guy with 10 HRs playing in a hat box stadium.

John Cohen, at MSU at the time, had his pitcher intentionally throw at the head of Mason Katz after he hit 2 legit HR’s off his pitcher. No showboating. Cohen just an arse. Forget the year.
