I hope they offer les the job at Maryland!

He has the integrity, intent, and results to improve that program and pull it out of the sewer.

Like him or not he would improve the culture and stabilize the program!

Seems like a perfect fit!

It would certainly end a money drain for LSU.

They have a guy who is like 5-3 right now and has guided the team through the drama. Why hire someone else?

Are you allowed to run and play defense in the big 12?

I guess, Michigan, Iowa, Michigan state, northwestern, and Wisconsin pretty solid defensively year after year.

certainly wouldn't have to worry about over conditioning.

Do you so easily forget all the turmoil with him at LSU?

I went the the Orange Bowl, UF Vs Maryland. It was Spurrier’s last Game as the HBC at UF. Anyway, Maryland fans were the most disgusting fans I’ve ever seen. They were totally disrespectful and they trashed the facility. Trash left everywhere and I saw several people pissing right out in the open.

I don’t think they have a very good college football culture there. I don’t think CLM would be a good fit there.

Players liked him even if they didn't always agree with his x and o's.

He brought a family like culture to LSU which has endured.

So many players came back to LSU to train even after they got to the NFl.

He wasn't perfect and a change was needed. That being said it was a good ride and he made LSU a better place!

Actually, I could see Les taking over at Ole Piss when they're sanctions are over. That would be a guaranteed win every year.

They fired Canada? ESPN thinks he’s still the interim.

I thought Maryland is keeping the HC as of the other day. I heard talking heads complaining about how they could keep a coach in this scneario.

Les is busy watching the money roll in and probably having the time of his life.

No.

Please, God, no.

(I'd take him at Rutgers in a split-second, no time to think about it, BTW)
