Just started chatting with buddies about final rankings. I’m on the JD5 hype train after that miss state performance. Downvote me into oblivion but this season feels like it can get crazy
1. Fla St.
2. Washington
3. Penn St.
4. LSU
5. Notre Dame
We get our revenge in the semis on Mike norvell and co.

Obviously I would take LSU being in any of those spots, but it’s entirely too early.
Texas or OU could be in there, from the BiG12
UGA has a cupcake schedule right to Atlanta, which we’ll have to beat.
Notre Dame loses to OSU tomorrow night, IMO
Big 10 could see OSU or Michigan winner. PSU tends to trip up each year. I don’t think they beat both.
USC has a really hard schedule, but has to be in the conversation, if Washington, because their schedule is similar.
FSU has to play Duke, UF and Miami. I think they lose one, maybe two of those.
It’s only week 4, plenty of upsets ahead of us that will shake things up. But here’s to you being right

And they play Clemson this week. Could be interesting.

Does a one loss sec champion get in over an undefeated Notre Dame?

Not impressed with Notre Dame at all. I went to the Notre Dame game Saturday and Hartman will be exposed soon. Arm strength isn’t great and very noticeable throwing to the outside. I think OSU covers tomorrow and they still have USC and Clemson.

Penn State and Washington are a stretch....

FSU (undefeated ACC champs)
Georgia (undefeated SEC champs)
Notre Dame (undefeated; beats B10 champs OSU)
Texas (undefeated B12 champs)
PAC-2 like every year is going to start beating up on each other, just this year they’ll do it with rankings beside their names. Georgia’s schedule is too easy. They’ll get up for their one game of the year before the playoffs which is the SECCG.

I have to agree with these picks as of now. Wait and see, hope the Tigers can win out, or 2 of the 3 above lose at the end of the year, and if Georgia beats us by a slim margin, maybe we squeeze into the dance.
That means we beat Miss, Aub, Bama so we have a good resume.

Even tougher path. @Oregon @Utah, USC, Apple Cup and PAC title game.
FSU, USC, Texas/OU and SEC winner.

Just curious about the ND hype.
Was it that impressive win against non-forward-passing Navy or the way they beat powerhouse Central Michigan that has you thinking they're the real deal?
