I finished my undergrad from Tulane and went on to get my MBA from LSU. So this is pretty cool for me, personally.

When it comes to sports, I'm all about the Purple and Gold. I'm a season ticket holder for football, frequent baseball games as my schedule allows, and would cheer for LSU if they competing in competitive corn hole.

I've been an LSU fan practically since birth. Both of my parents graduated from LSU. It's been my home away from home for many years and holds some of my most cherished memories, even during my time at Tulane.

For me, I'm pulling for LSU to run through this regional. But a piece of me wants to see Tulane do well. I think it's good for Louisiana when Tulane has a competitive athletic program. Watching them beat USC in the Cotton Bowl was up there with watching LSU beat Bama in Tiger Stadium for me. It's just really cool see.

Ultimately, I'm hoping for a good game today, with the Tigers coming out on top!

This isn't going to go how you think it will go.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to see LSU over Tulane in the regional final on Sunday.

I also think it's east if you're a fan of both. LSU is a legit national title contender. Tulane beating LSU would only be ruining that. Tulane would have no chance of winning it all.

Fandom should go like this in rooting order

1) Undergrad Alma Mater
2) Grad School Alma Mater
3) Schools in the city you are currently living
4) Schools in cities you used to live in

I went to LSU for undergrad and Georgia Southern for grad school so the opening game in 2019 was awesome for me. Wore and LSU polo and GSU hat.

We then went on to win the natty so Geaux Tigers!

Apologies for my two degrees. Thought it'd be a good idea to help make a bunch of money one day.

Are you ok, man? Seem a little on edge.

Are you one of those LSU fans who never went to college at all?

I hope you had a good Shavuot…or enjoy the upcoming Dragon Boat festival.

Not sure which you are.
