Watched a little of this game they are def playing better but their transition defense is sooooooo bad and that is basically effort so we have a bunch of bad head cases

It’s really hard to include Ed O in that group when he fell arse backwards into 2019–say what you will —mostly dump stupid luck —but it still happened. McMahon could never dream of getting that lucky if he could coach 1000 seasons.

At least Ed was a fairly good recruiter and salesman when he could get the kids in front of him

He will have to change literally everything he does. From recruiting to scheme. He’s gonna need to get longer, quicker, more athletic.
Offensively he’s gonna need to pick up the pace and get away from just running set pieces. I’d also like to see some sort of full court pressure even if it’s just man to man.
Just more aggressive and attacking.
But the team takes and plays like the coaches personality which is about as exciting and dry white toast
