Coach Kelly chose no press conference today and the answer is obvious

Kelly could have gotten plenty of media coverage today for LSU, but he chose not to. Kelly is obviously avoiding answering questions about the progress in his DC and OC hires, who is he waiting on, how long and who has turned him down, if anyone.
I’ve never seen an LSU coach do that before on signing day, he probably wants to keep the cards he’s holding well covered until they are played. Wish him well!

Because he doesn’t have to and holding a press conference to talk about half of his 1st recruiting class is dumb. Have one in February when it’s full.

This is BS. Kelly needs all the exposure he can get as LSU’s coach. But he thinks it’s better to work on his DC and OC hires without the prying of media.

So much focus on recruiting maybe he is setting an example to the players to focus their energy in places other than the beginning of the journey.
