When aTm moves to the SEC, are they going to finish their stadium?

We had 90,000 at Nebraska last year. Every home game is sold out this year. What do you mean "finish" it?

Maybe you should go get some of that $225M that t.u. is in debt and pay for some economic education.

It's not finished. One endzone is totally open. It looks like shite.

Serious answer:

Once we are actually a full member-to-be in the SEC, you can bet expansion plans will be in the works, if they are not already. We shall see.

It depends if their general contractors are still building stadiums.

The stadium is open to the prevailing wind direction in warm weather. If they close it, we better play night games from here on out because the playing surface and lower decks can get really, really hot. Back when we had artificial turf it could get well up into the 120's down there, I'm sure natural grass has helped some in that regard and that might not be as big an issue now.

More to the point, after no one will agree to play under horn-rules, is the school in Austin going to get together with the school in Waco to get a joint discount on tarps to cover up all the empty seats at their stadiums?

To actually answer the question, possibly.

As of right now, Kyle Field will essentially be gutted and renovated in the next few years. Nothing is set in stone yet, as the current situation seems to be changing things (demand has sky rocketed).

From what I hear, there is a possibility of building a south endzone. The east and west side decks are supposed to be demolished and rebuilt for sure (with more club seating and suites).

IMO, I think we can safely assume at some point, we will finish the other endzone, but that will be after the other projects.

Jesus, that sounds like it would have to be done one at a time and will probably take 5 years to finish at least.

I've seen traffic on TexAgs that they may do both sides at the same time, and move home games to Reliant Stadium for 1-2 years during the redo.

Then again, it's taken them three years to renovate the Memorial Student Center.

Having to work inside a shell.

If they can just straight up demolish and rebuild, it'll be done much quicker.

I love Kyle Field, but if it can make it safer and a better bat habitat, I'm all for moving our games for 1 year somewhere else.
