Be nice and welcome us in to the SEC with that 4-0 win. We are not up to snuff in football, but we are in futbol.

Well having grown up in Beaumont and being a fan of the Chinese Bandits and Billy Cannon, plus having friends with last names like Hebert, I am glad to say that the LA Times had this little ditty in today's paper "Texas A&M's victory goes into the Big 12 Conference's bank account, even though Aggie fans at Kyle Field ended the game with chants of "SEC! SEC!" :nana:  :dude:

I totally embrace the hot female cheerleaders idea. But then I'm a dirty old man and it's just expected. :rotflmao:

And as a very long time Aggie I have preferred to be in the SEC since the SWC started to break up when Ark. left us.
Everyone knows that DKR won the NC at tu because he would sign all the best prospects before the advent of scholarship limits and bench the majority. He knowingly did this to prevent competition while promising the moon to those he knew would ride the bench their whole college career. Back then A&M was a small all-male school. What the Bear accomplished there was miraculous given the circumstances.
Nothing is new. tu still wants to rig the game and we grew tired of it. It was never about the money. If you think it is you are either not an Aggie or you are an uninformed football fan who just decided you are right and the Aggies who hate rigged games just wanted more money. Sorry Bud. You are just flat wrong. Your "facts" have nothing to do with reality.

A corporation that is primarily a news program has no business whatsoever favoring 1 team and it's conference over the rest of the country. It's a major conflict of interest inherent in the relationship it has contracted with that 1 team. It has an obligation as a sports reporting organization to fairly report and editorialize. The fact that it's contract with that 1 team precludes that obligation means that it is no longer in the reporting business, but the sports business period. NBC started all this with it's ND exclusive contract. Now neither organization is trusted as an exclusive sports reporting business.

I guess what they say is true. You may all beat hell out of us, but nobody else outside the SEC family is allowed that privilege.

"Lmao that Texas fans are blaming Mizzu for destroying the conference."
As narcissistic as they are I'm surprised that there are apparently no mirrors on the Texas campus. :rotflmao:

"we might need a separate board just to straighten this shite out"
None of us really takes it serious that has anything for a brain, so no use any of you doing so either.
More fun just to make fun of each other over a beverage or two, shake hands and the loser says "Wait till next year!"

All are welcome at A&M!
After the game I told several OSU fans their job was to make life miserable for tu from now on. I think they have the team to do it too.

My first trip to Tiger Stadium was a shocking 7-7 tie in 1966 (back when all our games with you were played there).
Fans were actually so much in shock they treated us just fine. :rotflmao:
I'm glad we are joining next week's opponent from the old SWC. Wish we had gone with them after all that tu has done to the Bevo-9. Jackie would have been our coach.

I"d rather take our lumps (which we will with an inexperienced QB next year) in the SEC and play LSU, Ark. Bama, Tenn, the Misses along with others from the E every year than spend one more day with untrustworthy jackasses. That should now be obvious to the SEC why we can't stand 'em.
Best view of tu is the rear view mirror-nothing could entice us to stay now.
Besides, I like crawfish. :dude:

Funny thing is that if they were to beat us now and then it could be a recruiting advantage they will no longer have against a team in a real conference. The bevo-9 no longer counts. It will just be a hybrid version of the old Big 8 and SWC with two strong teams with an occasional upstart. :violin:
One thing we already have in common with our new Ark. brethren is a total understanding of what texas is. Arkansas fans know exactly why we left and now most of the country has a pretty good understanding as well. Certainly SEC teams "get it". From what I have seen here I know LSU fans see the truth.
"Texas is a festering boil"
No they are a systemic cancer and the patient is already DOA. The only question is when the arrival time is, not if it's dead.

And replaced by another tu hand picked puppet. Nothing has changed. :banghead:
UTah?
Or how about LSU-they have an opening for t-day evening next year in Austin. Just join for one year whip their arrogant asses just that once and they will find a way to send you back to the SEC.

"If somebody thinks something is wrong with our network, and thinks it’s hurting the conference, we would absolutely address it."
And A&M left because of why?
We even got the NCAA to outlaw HS recruit games so they turned around the next day and said they would only put HS "highlights" on it.
I had very little respect for them before all of this and now they are making those stuck with them eat cow pies with shiet like this. They have been totally blind to sharing anything and are an untrustworthy, arrogant "partner". Thank God we're gone.

And now here is the truth about these arrogant asses and what their plans are for sharing the lhn with the rest of the Big XII when we're gone:

"But Texas athletic director DeLoss Dodds says Texas doesn't want to share the money from its Longhorn Network, a 20-year, $300 million deal with ESPN.
"That's never been in play, that's not in play," Dodds said.
Now maybe y'all fully appreciate why we left this cancer in the dust. They play by their own rules and are toxic to whatever host they are a part of.

They left out the most obvious answer for Sundays. It's for watching the end of the SEC overtime game that lasted last midnight. :dude: :rotflmao:
