3. Shouldn't matter one bit but unfortunately in today's age it does. Aranda is a minority.
LSU football is a $100M a year entity. It won’t be turned over to anyone just because of their ethnicity. Aranda has enough merit and clout to warrant being hired on his own accomplishments
Aranda is from california just like I am from Louisiana even if my grandfather did come here on a boat. Call him what he is…an American

I was thinking the same thing.

I'd give O'Brien a good long look if he is interested.

Oh yea?

yuppers. you guys were keeping him until he questioned texas fight. weird firing, timing and all. he did a solid job at texas. prolly woulda won the b12 this year. i think sark will win the b12 this year and is a better hfc right now than herman.

I really don’t want to rely on coordinators anymore. Sell Aranda, not a coordinator.

What about Aranda and Grimes?
Want no part of Grimes back here. (Unless he wised up during his time at BYU as an OC)
Luke warm OK to go on Aranda, but LSU really needs somebody with more proven HC experience.
Aranda and Herman as OC would be acceptable, but not optimal;

There’s two things I have PTSD on when it comes to LSU coaches. Having to rely on a good offensive coordinator hire and a guy who refuses to change his offense.
Aranda falls into the first category. Not saying I wouldn’t take Aranda, but we’re always going to have to go through this when we lose an offensive coordinator.

Who? Aranda has been there 2 years, I know we all are trying to forget 2020, but we are reminded every game of 21, because our football team looks the same, Aranda plus TH just sound good, and why we’re at get Frank Wilson to head recruiting and Aranda would probably keep Raymond and Jones , but he would be demoted to just secondary, hopefully Carter could stay, but I don’t know if Aranda’s D fits his style. Special teams coach is pretty good but he probably gone also
