I would think with his familiarity here, he would come here over UGA.

When was Monken at LSU? I knew he was at Tech but I don’t remember him at LSU

Monken was the coach who recognized that Dwayne Bowe was blind as a bat and got him to get lasik.

When he was at Southern Miss, I figured he was going to be the guy who replaced Les Miles. Then he left for the NFL and I figured he wanted to be a pro coach.

Monken was who Les wanted as OC after Jimbo left. Monken left that same off-season after we hired Crowton.

Yeah. It was strange how Miles had 2 OCs who were brilliant for one season and then fricking sucked afterward.
