Will they shut this board down next week?

Assuming LSU makes a hire next week... the trolls will be gone back under their bridges and the reason this place was opened would now been filled.
I'm sure everyone wants a good place to discuss open coaching jobs but this place is like trying to talk to aggie fans about football National Championships..... unrealistic and a bunch crazy hypotheticals.

I do hope the LSU job is filled immediately as that is all this board is right now even thought there are a number of other openings out there.

No. LSU will have coordinators to hire and there will be other head coaching vacancies.

If Woody reads this board, there will not be an offer next week. If there is that means none of the top 2 or 3 big names is the hire. I don't see Lincoln or Dave bailing before playoffs or big bowl games. Major melt if it is a "settle" type hire like BoB.

If it doesn’t stay open the Rant will be overloaded with reactions, debate, etc. on the coaching hire. Then the asst coach chatter. I hope it stays open until at least every head coaching vacancy is filled.
