Difficult to win in the NFL w/o franchise QB. It got Saban out in 2 years and could do the same to Rhule.
Other college coaches like Kligsbury and Carrol who get great QBs can win and sustain. Even Payton is struggling post Brees and especially with Winston injured.

You do realize the only reason Aranda is mentioned here is because of the program Rhule created at Baylor. He’s the one that recruited all the upperclassmen on the Baylor team
