USF fans don't care for him and UCF fans want him to stay at USF (which is most telling and not encouraging whatsoever).

I'm curious why UCF wants USF to keep the OC that put up 653 yards and 42 points on them.

His offense didn't have much to work with at Texas.

USF has the number 7 offense in the nation if I'm not mistaken. I don't care how he gets yards, but he does. And that's all that matters. He's been a good qb coach as well. Gilbert would be a great hire.

His system is similar to freeze where they let the numbers dictate where they go with the football.

Isn't that pretty much every system?

Because (1) he is the next great thing like Canada was this time last year and (2) he is not Steve E.

USF doesn't care for a guy who had their offense in the top 10 nationally? Lol

He had a 2000 yard rusher and almost a 3k passer at Texas in 2016 and they averaged 491 yards per game. Wtf else is he supposed to do exactly?

Probably not that hard to do when you're in hurry-up mode all the time, all the while playing cupcakes every week.

I know. I was giving an example of a “shite team” SG’s offense has worked against.

Aight...who's the idiot that downvoted me?

So you're saying an offense should attack a defense at their strength?
