Normally doesn't fire. Won't be surprised if he doesn't hire until last possible moment so he can get some more in home visits with recruits. Need to bring back Coach T Mac on special teams.

Well as of yesterday I know that Peveto was making in-home visits to recruits. That could explain the lack of firings.

in 11 years Les hasn't ever actually fired anyone, they are assisted in finding other opportunities & move on. That his way of processing coaches. Personally i appreciate the dignity, and i assume the coaches do to.
In other words, he fricks up the process so that we aren't able to get a good coach before The bowl game and said coach gets scooped up.
