23 out of 228 in Division 1. None from a non BCS school.
That means, what 37 of 60 BCS schools aren't profitable? With all that TV money most did nothing to earn? Those mid major BCS programs are the ones that should be shut down.

Yes it will, they have a new transit system. Only lazy fricks complain about parking there.

I only had an issue finding a parking spot when the band was practicing. Those assholes would take all of the spots at the BEC.

The stadium, which would be named Moulton Field in honor of retiring president Gordon Moulton, will be located in the area currently occupied by the soccer, softball and track and field complexes
its all about location. I think there are some who are bothered by where Ladd is located.
the biggest crowds I've seen at South's games are like 25,000.
the high school games that are played at Ladd really have nothing on teams from the Eastern Shore. Teams like Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, etc.
McGill built their own stadium and it does very well from what I hear as far as attendance. Baker, MGM, Bryant, and Theodore all have their own parks too. I'd bet not even half of those people show up when their team has to play at Ladd unless its a playoff game or something.
I feel bad for UAB football. I've seen some snap shots from their games, horrible. I know people complain about Legion Field all the time because of the neighborhood but lets be real... people only really care about Alabama and Auburn in this state mostly.
when I went to South there wasn't a football team but our basketball games had crap attendance. I hate to take a shot at UAB but I hope our football program won't be like theirs in 10 years or so.
we've started out OKAY with attendance but I have my doubts that it will ever get better. Even if we have a good team, I just don't know if that will make a difference.
it really sucks when you think about it. Students care more about another programs sports than their own.
no loyalty of any kind.
frick that.
