Why did Canada get let go from NC State?

I looked to see if this had been answered somewhere, sorry if I missed it and there's already something going about this.

Head coach looking for a scape goat....then I believe that head coach got fired shortly after Matt did.....like next year maybe if i recall.
ETA: Some posters have been kind enough to let me know i was incorrect on my north carolina state coaching tree information. My memory did not "recall" correctly in this case.

Couldn't find anything either.
He certainly didn't get it…nor did others around the country.

Rabalais was on Radio said he talked to NC state beat writer. That writer said he had a personality and philosophical difference with head coach.

Canada got fired last year. Awful offensive production. Dave Doren is still the head coach.

Naw dude....just not up on my State of North Carolina football head coaches. I am at work and didn't feel like doing research and clearly my "recall" was incorrect. So if you could ever possibly forgive me for being incorrect. I would be ever so humble.

Didn't he average 2 pts more than he did in 2014? So your offense improves and you get fired.

And they regressed a lot after he left.
Everyone knew it was a scapegoat firing and Doren had his hands on the offense too much.

From a friend of mine from NC:
From what I gather from NC, He and Doeren had some "philosophical differences"over how to handle offense after Jacoby Brissett graduated. Fans not happy over too many short passes and screens. Did not go downfield as much. Typical NC State to get rid of good coordinator but keep Mike Archer for 10 years
