LSU has a long and illustrious history of good old boy, yokel administrators.

We aren’t. Broadhead and Emmert were outstanding.

Jesus Christ. The hire hasn’t even been announced. At least wait for an announcement before melting.

It's not that hard.
AD: Hey man here is 10-12 million a year.
Coach: What about assistants and facilities?
AD: Yes.
Coach: What about home for family?
AD: Yes.
Coach: I need 3 weeks to mull it over.
AD: Try 3 days.
Coach: Accept ridiculously high $ offer.

No one’s wife wants to live in Baton Rouge is more accurate, I think.

It hasn’t even happened. So you are basing your claims on nothing yet. Just what the media says and a buncha nincompoops on a site called TigerDroppings.

Nincompoops....what a great word. Need to use it more often in my daily conversations.

Florida took a few days, USC a couple weeks, OU will have a coach by Friday. Woodys been screwing around for 6 weeks. WTF?

We shoot far too high.
A coach like Riley leaving a school like Oklahoma for another college job is extremely rare.
Just like there isn’t a team out there that could hire any head coach away from us. Not even Bama.
It generally only happens when there is a former connection to the school the coach is going to.
Oh you’ll “hear” about “this coach going there” every year, but all that is is agents trying to get more money from the coaches current team.
