Gruden's not going to Arkansas. The only CFB team he's minutely interested in is UT

There are good coaches that were very interested, but the GREAT coaches don't 'break down doors' for any program.
However, you approach them and show them the money, I'm sure they get interested.

Thats very, very true.
I think that his wife being from east TN though plays a huge part in why he would take a college job.
ETA: But to be honest I think he'll go to Philly before either Arkansas or UT

I agree. Nothing against Gruden, but he'll be on more TV sets coaching an NFL team, and I think that is more along his interest

doesn't Tennessee have to have an opening before than can get any coach?

Kiffin worked out great, fulmer was canned for a 8 win season. Then you all wonder why you can not get a great coach? Dooley needs another year but you go ahead and hire Dykes and watch as another Dooley type can not win there.
