My faith in Woody is unchanged since the beginning of the search. Maybe just a tad increased due to the tight ship in regard to secrecy.

If you’re anywhere close to “panic mode” with the regular season not even over, then your expectations aren’t rooted in reality. Unless we were hiring someone currently not coaching, we weren’t hiring anyone before the season ended.
