Mike Norvell at Memphis.
If I had to guess, Arky will either pick him or Houston Nutt up.

I could see Rhule and Fleck deciding to stay put. Fleck in a winnable division with low expectations, Rhule in a winnable conference with low expectations. Both making good money already.

I'd sit tight if I were Fleck, too. Just got a big raise and extension, and Minnesota has a ton of school/fan support for a team that has been down for a long time.

If Mark Stoops gets us to a bowl game with what we lost to the NFL and running a WR under QB, more than FSU will come calling.

Will there be any P5 programs that will be willing to give the option offense a shot if Paul Johnson decides to come back after a year long break? Think teams that have tried everything and simply can't figure it out when it comes to winning football games.

If any school deciees to go down that road, they'll likely need to commit their culture to accept that style of football and keep at it, or accept that a switch back will put them in a 3-4 year abyss. Tech is getting "better", but it's been rough on the offensive side.

Word is there is a "character" issue that comes up every time teams get those firms to look up candidates. Heard rumors of a picture with cocaine and a stripper from some Ole Miss booster that wanted him in Oxford...not kidding. He didn't see it, but Ole Miss deemed whatever it was as a non-starter as they tried to fix their PR image post-Freeze.

Getting up there in age.

Sorry but I don't get the fascination that some have with him. If you are going to fire Taggart and pay 17 million, you need to go bigger. I get Stoops was once there, but I dont see him as a long term solution for FSU

One of the Memphis posters has said before that those rumors started from Arkansas boosters who were pissed he didn't want to talk to them about the job last time it was open.

I don't know what's true or not, but you'd think that alleged picture would've found the light of day by now.

I'm also in the camp of believing Fleck isn't going anywhere. I doubt he even wants to right now.
