Gregg Williams is up there.
Lebeau at Pittsburgh is widely regarded as one of the best defensive coordinators in the league.
Brian Van Gorder has done an excellent job in Atlanta this year.

This would be my list, except may have subbed Ryan in for Fewell. I still think Mike Nolan could be a hell of a head coach in the right situation.
