If Cincy cans Zac Taylor look out. Bill wont take a job without a top-tier QB already on the roster. Cincy is probably the only place where there is a top 5 QB in place that might fire the coach.

Yep, the Bengals make the most sense. He could get their defense turned around quickly. Belichick's reverence for Paul Brown may also be a draw to Cincy since Mike Brown would likely roll out the red carpet for him.
From a sentimental standpoint, he'd probably prefer the Giants, but they're too much of a project right now.
