Napier's "Alabama Lite" system at UL is very well document, here and elsewhere. He has copied what Bama does, mindset, work ethic, diet, training, recruiting, etc. as much as possible with the limited resources in Lafayette.

What does your guy do? I am asking this with honest ignorance on the matter. I have no idea what how Kiffin, Jimbo, Riley, etc. run their programs.

If you have info, articles, etc. please feel free to share.

Well some guys have never worked for Saban, and some still want to do it their own way even if they have.

Brian Kelly is an offensive oriented coach. He specializes in teaching the quarterback how to play the position instead of single read. His quarterbacks drop back with multiple reads and options. This is the most important long term need at LSU in my opinion. If not Kelly please select someone who teaches this.

On Cullota’s show he admittedly said that he mimics about 70% of the Alabama process and has implemented about 30% of his own. I love his 6 stages of recruiting.

I go the other way. If you have burrow
Give him every read but id you have a freshmen give them 1-2 easy reads.

Kelly also hasn’t hD a top 35 passing offense since 2015

Poor Little Notre Dame.
No one ever dreams of playing for them.

But your basically arguing there are 20-30 better QBs out there every year

If Napier gets hired as LSU's next head coach, it will be because Scott Woodward miserably failed to lock up a whole host of a lot better qualified head football coaches.

In other words, none of you know a damn thing other than "Hey, look at me, I'm witty!"

game manager qbs still work progressions. in fact game manager qbs are probably more likely to work progressions because they will take the check down. check down is the last option if you don't like your downfield routes. so yes, everyone from nfl down to jr. high teaches progressions
