Can someone explain the structure here? Is this truly an NFL style organization where AT is retained even if we fire Kelly? Because if so then I think it becomes more obvious that we should save the money on a HC and look for a bargain coordinator to make a HC and lock down one side of the ball. We made some big moves last offseason locking down our "front office." Keep that in place to manage the off the field shite and hire an X's and O's guy. No more of this HC experience "CEO" type that can't fix shite when one side of the ball falls apart

Seeing him roaming the sidelines with a headset like he’s an actual coach is hilarious.

Nothing and I'm hoping he doesn't. Because we need to go the NFL model and hire a cheaper coordinator and give the rest of the money to let AT handle the off the field shite

Successful NFL first time HCs:
Sean Mcvay
Kevin O'Connell
Nick Sirianni
John Harbaugh
Kyle Shanahan
Sean McDermott
Matt Lafleur
Dan Campbell
Mike Tomlin
DeMeco Ryans
Ben Johnson

Let UF, OM, and Texas bankrupt each other over Kiffin. I promise the loser of that auction won't regret it

BK is constantly talking to him during the game. His role is certainly much more than it needs to be. Too many chefs in the kitchen.

BK has proven to be an absolute joke. The worst part is the guy showed up to get a huge pay day. I’m not convinced he ever cared and if he does, he damn sure won’t work hard enough to do anything differently

He’s a really good guy and performs at the highest level. He needs to be retained. He’s not a direct report of Kelly, he’s a direct report of Woody

Ofc if we lose Woody there’s a risk, but AT probably positioning himself for a chance at Woody’s job sooner than later

Bc it’s 1% of his $100M contract, and an expectation of HCs now. A lot of HCs are doing that. Woody probably put extra money in his contract to cover the NIL “donations”
