What grade would you give a Matt Campbell hire?

I would personally give it a B+, a good thing about hiring him is that great assistants are likely to be willing to work for him unlike O.

The hire would be anywhere from a lowish B to a highish C. He could do great things at LSU and work out fine. But we didn't bring scott woodward here to hire matt campbell, the down year guy from iowa st.

Also, I'd give Matt Campbell an B-. He is a good hire and would be successful. I'd have to know who he is bringing over with him.
Those coordinators he currently has aren't SEC caliber. I'm scared he'd end up being like O without such a bad reputation.
Lots of upside. Lots of potential mediocrity if he tries to bring his current lot of assistants.
