IMO,
1. call the commits and keep them on board.
2. fill out whatever staff you can.
3. get in touch with remaining prospects and try to reel them in.
4. meet with any remaining players and keep them in BR, or process them out.
5.complete staff.
6. Meet with High school coaches before NSD.
7. fill out recruiting class, bring in transfers.

All of what you said but a big statement would be to poach some badass assistants and recruits from Georgia, Alabama along with other top programs and let them know there’s a new alpha in town that’s about to wreck some shite. Also get players through the portal aside from shoring up the current commits and decommits.
