Well I'll give you a reason or two. Kiffin made a statement saying NOT ONE person on his starting offense is from Mississippi. He knows the challenge of keeping that pace up. Also, the future 9 game SEC schedule that Ole Miss will face does NOT bode well for him there. They will be relegated back to average 8-9 win seasons.
And he knows deep down this team at Ole Miss has know shot at running the table through the playoffs.

I can accept that. I suppose there are things outside the bounds of my construction. A meteor could strike Earth tonight and wipe out the species. But, as with the situation with Lane, we'd have heard something about it by now.
