We really need an interim guy because we need a new message in the locker room

Someone has to beat the drum to keep them playing. Not for the fans but for them and for the program

I also agree … whatever he did to cause the team to not play hard, is obviously still lingering around.

With (2) Coordinators not knowing what an in-game adjustment is, we're just stuck with what we have.

This is true but if they can find a voice these guys will listen to them we could finish with our heads held high

CEO was interim for the UF game and the locker room seemed fine. LSU was flat and poorly coached, and OM was amped. Let CEO finish the job, especially for the recruiting class.

A new voice isn't going to make up for the lack of talent on this team.

LSU is going to get blown out by Bama, Ar-Kansas, and maybe A&M.

So is O’s recruiting a sham too? Is UF that bad? BTW I’m not worried about winning I just want these kids and the program to survive. There’s got to be a retired guy out there willing to speak some life into these guys

I agree. “One team, one heartbeat” is cliche and corny as shite. Oh, you meant the overall message from coach to team..

No, he’s a good recruiter but that’s it.
To be fair , we have talent but every 5 star we have is injured or ineligible.

Emery
Ricks
Stingley
Boutte

That’s all our 5 stars

These guys loafing, if they actually are, are going to end up hurting their NFL potential. NFL scouting departments don't miss a thing. Damon Clark #18 is the only one I see playing hard. I'm hopefully wrong but to Joe Average, they look like quitters.

If it was just about beating drums, Orgeron is the man.

It really doesn't matter. All these kids are concerned about right now is getting through a relatively light, short week of practice and hitting the road for a long weekend. That will do more for them than anything else right now.

Having literally no options for this role is why we have our weird arrangements with O

No, retention is. Which is why Woody needs Ed gone ASAP.

Its potentially a huge mistake to let him hang around.
