Lane begging
you're drunk.

Lane checked out over a month ago, and had become a locker room cancer that the team was more than happy to see go.
Y'all had an extension worth over 90M sitting on his desk two weeks ago.

I’m not drunk. He spent days trying to convince the Ole Miss admin to let him coach in the playoff. They didn’t even want him coaching the Egg Bowl.

The players told him they don't want him here once it was made known the Kiffin wanted to be at LSU.
That was only after they were told he would not be coaching them in the playoffs and Kiffin was prohibited from meeting with them, giving OM administration free rein to craft the narrative that Kiffin was abandoning them and didn’t even care enough to tell them personally. They didn’t tell them it was the AD’s decision not to let Kiffin coach and his decision not to let Kiffin meet with them.

So, you are saying Carter has no power? He couldn't fire a coach who is allegedly so toxic? Guess they let him stay so they didn't have to pay him a buyout. So, maybe LK should have stayed to force their hand....really burn the place down, as he is being accused of.

You sir are not only wrong but you are an idiot. Your own A.D. said that he knew for three weeks Kiffin was leaving. He lived in a fantasy world for three weeks thinking Kiffin would stay. For three weeks he made zero contacts other than the week Kiffin left when some representative from Ole Miss flew to New Orleans to meet with Summerall. Then he said on his butt and when Kiffin left he had no alternative but to elevate a staff member, who had never been a head coach, to the position of head coach of the Ole Miss rebels. Don't whine and cry to us anymore about Kiffin. Your A.D. and all the Ole Miss pod casters are as big hypocrites I know. You won't let Kiffin coach because he's going to LSU but yet you let a coach who just signed a three year $6 million contract come back to coach because you had no one else to call plays.
Personally, I had a little bit of sympathy for you in the beginning..BUT NOW I hope you get you doors blew off in the first game by whoever you play!!!!

I 100% agree with your statement. Well said!

THEY CLAIM THAT HE IS STILL UNDER CONTRACT OBLIGATION TO COACH THEM

Yep, they proved they didn't want Kiffen when they tried to run him off the road.

LOL Dont know how true that it sounds like good propaganda!

So, they are saying he is under contract at 2 different schools at the same time?

Why do you think anyone at Ole Miss begged him to stay at any point? It was Lane doing the begging.
Why do you think lane was so hated and a locker room cancer but they went on the road and beat the frick out of their rival worse than they have at any other time under Kiffin

Apparently what’s good for the goose isn’t good for the gander!

If OM wins it all, we’re hanging a banner.

Ok, just tell him you don't want his help. And he did sign his contract. And y'all have other coaches there that will be at LSU after the season is done.

Then why did they fight so hard to keep him?
