They are. He also grew up in Utah in addition to being at BYU previously so maybe he views it as a homecoming before he retires in a few years.

Heck yeah. My dad is a Utah State alum.
Hes not mormon, they just have a good forestry/agriculture school. Logan is a great little town. There's an Aggie Ice Cream store on campus where the ag school has been making ice cream for well over 100 years.

Kind of disappointed he's not sticking it out at New Mexico, even though it's historically a tough job. They won 5 games in a season for the first time in years. Would've been fun to see if he could've turned them into a winner.
