They run the same offense just slight difference due to personnel such as Brown at USF is a running QB so Golesh runs him often. Heupel uses tight ends more while Golesh seems to spread it out with 4 receivers more

He took over a complete shite show, and has done one heck of a job.

It's effectively the same offense. Lebby and Golesh were both OCs under Heupel @ UCF & UT and you can see it in all of their play calling. It's Art Briles' offense with their own nuances baked into it

I agree, I think he's the best bargain and he has the greatest upside. But we'd better move quick.

Exactly why he has my vote. He was the OC at Tennessee in 2022 when they averaged 46 points a game and 200 rushing yards per game.

Heupel is Tennessees play caller

He wasn’t when Golesh was there. In 2021 and 2022 the split play calling duties.

Heupel was 100% still the play caller then but Golesh had a lot to do with the overall game plans/packages that we saw from our offense that season.

Yeah and he has gone out and proved it on his own. I like him. I just would make Heupel say no first. Then get Golesh

Golesh at LSU would be a pain.

Golesh and his QB Brown would be dirty at LSU.

Brown is a Senior, so that wouldn't happen.

Nope. Redshirt Junior and will be one of the highest paid portal QBs raising his draft stock wherever his coach goes.

Jeff Traylor at UTSA isn't a team you want to play as an easy win. Personally not a big fan of Traylor, but he can flat out coach.

I think he ends up at OK State though. He started his career there. That being said, he's definitely worth an interview and a serious look.

They have him mislabeled on their website.

I feel like Eric Morris is primed for that job.

With all the other openings (and potential openings if Kiffin, Drinkwitz, etc leave), a lot of programs would have to pass on Golesh before he ends up in Stillwater.
