It was noted LSU wanted to move quickly. If O’s willing to be strung out that long, it shows how bad he wants Freeman or maybe someone we’re unaware of on his radar. No one around LSU keeps their silence this long, they must really like whomever O’s after, because no one wants to see this strung out.

Ya I agree. I really feel like the longer this goes and as quiet as it’s been, it’s going to be Freeman.
But I may be thinking that because that’s who I want as DC.
I’ve seen where Freeman has made it clear he’s committed to his team and them winning their bowl game. Which I respect. Signs of a really good coach right there. He’s protecting the players from a drama induced loss in their big time bowl game.
If we lose out on Freeman, it better be for a DAM good candidate.
But I may be thinking that because that’s who I want as DC.

Coach O is probably waiting for the National Signing Day in early Feb. That and / or for a pro coach's season to end as the playoffs progress. My guess, National Signing Day.
