He has a chance to save his job with his meeting. They want to see staff changes and want to see a detailed plan on the turn around. Was told it's pretty much still 50-50. Greg still wants to retain him. Boosters do not. The boosters will not be in meeting tho.

Assuming you're correct, Strong can easily outline pilfering a DC from another program and letting them hire a defensive staff.
IMO, however, the team quit on Strong and he should be fired immediately.
