Instead, he’s hand-writing his super secret info out on yellow legal pads before every visit, phone call or text a coach makes. IF he had taken anything he wasn't supposed to take, Auburn would have sued him. AGAIN, he took HIS evaluations. He left what his staff compiled.
Do you think, in the NFL, every employee in the front office has access on player evaluations done by the GM..............or maybe it's just the HC?

I would think the new staff didn't have a lot of time to go through all the data and evaluate everything..........plus the O side of the ball had no time to build relationships with players the old staff was recruiting. The D side of the ball would have been different.
This next class will tell a lot more. We may have bought another lemon. We may have bought a guy that was dealt a bad hand in year one. Time will tell.
ETA Either way, we need a new AD. That is where the entire stink starts, IMO.

Redmond was the GM. He wasn't a recruiter. He took the data provided and he evaluated talent. That is a GM's. job.
I am sure he left the data compiled by his staff. All he took was his evaluations. He had every right to do that.

IF he compiled HIS data on the University network.
He was the GM. No GM worth his salt is saving HIS work with any University or NFL franchise on THEIR computers. That is what personal laptops are for. That is how they get their next job without having to start over from scratch. That is THEIR value in that profession.
You can't be this dense.

The data HE compiled was his. The data he compiled with others was Auburn's. smuph didn't say he took all of the data..........just his.
This is the coaching profession. Trying to compare it with research being done by a University is absurd.

I have said it before..........I have been a Durkin fan. I am tired of this bend but don't break shite. Bring in a D coordinator with an aggressive philosophy. Preferably one that can teach tackling techniques.

I have no idea about the AD world. It is obvious we need a professional though. Pay an established successful AD whatever he wants and let him do his job.

I have been a Durkin fan.
After watching a one legged QB move the ball up and down the field, and now an ill-prepared D look lost and pathetic............I was wrong about Durkin. When an O gets us at 3rd and 15, they have us right where they want us. Hell, I saw a 3rd and 20 go for a TD.......on a running play.
