Muschamp and Harbaugh on same staff

A fist fight would break out 2 weeks into spring practice

Would not be a good hire, even though muschamp is not a bad D coach

You need good synergy and chemistry

Harbs and muschamp would quickly grow to dislike each other

I think it's a great fit. That would be a home run hire by Harbaugh. The issue with him is he can bolt after one year for another head coaching position

Assuming then that he has not yet signed an extension at Mich.? Who would move his family & take any coaching position if it mite only last from Jan. to Dec., less than a year?

I'm talking about Muschamp bolting after one year. If Harbaugh stays, he's obviously going to be there for a while, barring a total collapse.

1) This board isn't strictly LSU
2) He's a name of interest for LSUs DC search
3) Don't be a dick

Muschamp is a far better coach than Mason.

Change my mind.

(Don’t want either)

More likely they'll both get fired after next season. Unless he wants to take just any hc job Muschamp is gonna be waiting, a bad AAC job is probably the best he can hope for.

I remember a lot of posts about this happening between Orgeron and Pelini

I think Mason is the hire there.

Champ is an SEC guy except for his time in Austin with MackyMack.
