As I said the good news for Gill is that everyone else in that division has similar problems. If Gill wins the division he puts himself in a play in game for a BCS berth. Get 1 or 2 and you can move on.

Most of the hires, if you would look, are young black coaches. White coaches are being overlooked. As the Washington Post says....this is the year of the black.
