250-16, 16 State title appearances, 11 titles in 18 years at a school that’s 90% white, really curious to see how he could transition to the college game.

As an ETSU alum...I think that would be a great hire. Quarles can flat out coach. I could easily see him being a P5 OC some day.

He did well at Furman this year as Associate Head Coach/TE coach. So, at least being on staff at an FCS program for a season would help him make the transition.

Randy Sanders has been tapped for the Bucs’ HC position. Great get for ETSU. Happy for Randy, who gets to return home to East Tennessee.
