They're both going to be the coach. Gruden will be the Head Offensive coach, and Tuberville will be the Head Defensive coach.

Tennessee is going to have to IMO pick up a coach who can run some gimmicky offense. They're just not going to be able to recruit with Florida, Georgia and now apparently South Carolina in their own division.

Good God this is moronic. We are currently on pace to score the most points in our school's history this year.

Jeez, you're an idiot. Tennessee can out-recruit any of the said schools if they win. They need to run the complete opposite of a gimmicky offense.

TT missed out on that gig by a few days last time...bet he doesn't let that happen again.

If Tubs had delayed his announcement by a couple of days, things might be a lot different in TN right now. He could do well there and would be a great hire for them. He knows what it takes to win and beat Bama.

Actually, no they can't, not anymore. The recruiting field has changed and let's face it, Knoxville isn't exactly your average recruit's idea of a good time.

Since the SEC went to divisional play.

Florida is 16-5 vs the Vols.
Georgia is 13-8

Both Florida and Georgia have HUGE recruiting advantages over the Vols.

South Carolina is 4-1 over the last 5, and really looks to have it's act together.

Ask yourself...what is the Vols "recruiting hotbed".

May want to look at the number of players Tennessee has put in the NFL since the SEC went to divisional play. Then compare that to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and LSU over that same time period.

Tennessee doesn't have the same talent in the area that the UGA, UF do. But they have the biggest recruiting budget in the SEC.

All their good teams were made mostly of guys out of state. So it's nothing new to UT. UT could be turned around really quick, even Tuberville could do it IMO, while I know it's not volfans first choice. Dooley wouldn't be a hard act to follow

Any program who wins can recruit. It's that simple. Tennessee has everything in place to win except for personnel

UT is 12-8 against UGA since division split in 1992. get your fact straight.
