This is what happened, Herman to Lsu was nearly 100% until Texas lost to Kansas. After that loss, big money Texas backers saw the opening to get Herman in. He was willing to listen. Lsu was then forced to turn back to Fisher who has already turned Lsu down multiple times (turned down or not come to an agreement, which ever you prefer)

I find this topic fascinating. Jimbo was forced onto Miles, because LSU admin obviously knew a good coach when they saw one, and now Jimbo allegedly doesn't want a coordinator forced onto him?
I doubt that would be the case because Jimbo knows Aranda is a find DC and Jimbo could work with him for a couple of years and then go get Pruitt after Aranda leaves for a head job.

I agree. Not believing Jimbo would not want Aranda. Just can't.
But if for some reason that is true, than I prefer Herman.
