Should know both positions really well.
Young and should be a natural Coach.
Able to recruit well especially from FL.
A natural born leader and Motivator.
What the hell, why not?

I really thought he would've ended up at Ohio State when Urban was there.

Income from this job should be good for him starting out.

is he basing his coaching off of his own throwing mechanics?

I believe he knew his mechanics were unique to him. He's a smart mature young man. Would give you everything he has. Really good role model for the young ones.

Very charismatic and likeable. He would be a stellar recruiter. Moms of recruits would be comfortable with him because of his faith and his character. Dads of recruits would like him because of his leadership and accomplishments on the field.

As far as coaching goes... hell, I don't know

Really doubt he would go to Teabag Tebow. Plus Dan was his OC so I could see him at Florida in some capacity.

Tebow I think would need to be a co-positional coach or a co-OC with another coach that could be the bad cop to his good cop. I couldn't imagine him disciplining anybody.

Tebow is about to have sex for the first time. He ain't going to have no time for coaching qb's and wr's for a while.

Seems like he would be taking a pay cut . If he was going to coach then I would think it would be at Florida.

Are we still using this as our primary hiring strategy?
