I was so glad we got rid of Alleva, the laughing stock of college ADs. (Please see 100 prior post)
Woodward was brought in for this exact hire. He will not screw it up. For once, let’s trust the system and the man running the show and get behind whoever he gets. He has a great track record and will get the best available Coach who wants to come here.
We are about to be a force again, bank on it.

Where did he say Jimbo? I don't see in his replies.
I doubt it's Jimbo. Jimbo was a hot name at the time LSU let CLM go but he hasn't done well to justify his fat contract. SW would have learned from Jimbo's record at aTm and would not hire him again.

It doesn't even make any sense that a deal would be done at this point in the season. They may have some sort of handshake agreement in principle, maybe. But, I can't see a coach signing anything when they have 4 or 5 games left at their current job.
