Most talented team in the American conference argument ? Yeah that's Iike saying hey we got the most talented team in the Southland conference. There is more parity in talent in small To mid major conferences than Power 5 . Yeah look we got a bunch of 2-3 stars to your just 2 stars and four 3 stars. I know you Iike arguing in circles .. it's like you use the same lines in your arguments. At least make a few new points.

Herman has the it factor. Anybody should be able to see that.I wish FSU could hire him.

Meyer is not such a great coach. He has sense enough to go somewhere that has money and he can spot good assistants like Herman.

He fell apart after Mullen left UF. He faltered when Herman left osu.

Texas will be a force with this guy.

Actually Frank may be ready by then. So yeah. Hire the former rb coach is a likely scenario.

Texas rushed this Hire because LSU was closing in, The Horns are spending over 20 million just to hire him before they spend a dime on Herman. The buyouts are huge and Texas is getting the U of H coaching staff. The boy wonder is making all the decisions and Texas is drunk with joy! Congrats and good luck to Herman winning BIG starting next year!

But you hired Ed Orgeron, a defensive line coach. You will see, thus hire will go down as the hire that killed your program. I like a good LSU program and I may not see it again in my life.

Yeah, the hiring of Miles defensive line coach is better.

You could be right. What we are hoping is all Coach O's experience will pay off this time. His plan and early moves are all good so for. To be honest, Other than being ransomed by Fisher and Herman who was never coming to LSU we made a good hire for now. Enjoy your run with Saban, when he retires you are back to your dumpster fire of a program. And just think if Rich Rod had said yes where, Bama would be?

Time will tell....he could be the next Dooley and/or Muschamp, neither did/or have done anything as a HC.... Also I think we all agree succeeding in the Big 12, is different from sustained success in the SEC W....

Coach O did not beat one ranked team. This is a disaster waiting to unfold. sorry, but no Power 5 team would touch Orgeron. Just the way it is.

From an Alabama fan, I couldn't agree more.

Tom Herman is the next Urban Meyer, maybe better

He turned Cardale Jones into a stud that destroyed Alabama

These statements are completely false. Did he also win 2 nattys at Florida with Tebow?

Alleva shite the bed for sure but to all who are so convinced Herman is the real deal, so was Kevin Sumlin and Charlie strong for that matter. Both dominated an inferior conference and got owned in a power 5 conference. Only time will tell but I don't think this guy will ever win big. Much different running a big program. Can this guy even recruit? Does he believe in defense? I live in Houston and he's okay with a 45-42 game. May win some games but never titles with that mentality

Not hysterical at all. Your AD fricked your program by not being patient. Your program is elite and should be led that way.

You can't reason with people who are comparing 10-25 Coach O to Belichick and Carroll. They seem to think that if we couldn't get Saban, then O was the next logical choice.

Funny that both of those guys have done more as a HC than O.
