Herman has the it factor. Anybody should be able to see that.I wish FSU could hire him.

Meyer is not such a great coach. He has sense enough to go somewhere that has money and he can spot good assistants like Herman.

He fell apart after Mullen left UF. He faltered when Herman left osu.

Texas will be a force with this guy.

He does have a tendency to kick too many field goals in the red one. in fact the gators used to call him field goal Fisher.

I am sure people here are as curious about this as I am. I saw this today. My only worry is what would the FSU administration do. If there is a way to screw it up they will find it.

If there is a way to crash and burn the FSU administration has proven they will find it. Think Wetherell, firing Dave Hart, Spetman (who has Ponder announce firing Bowden 10 years too late)Barron, Wilcox from notre dame, no experience. ND throws money away, FSU can't afford that. 18 million to get rid of Weis. Wilxox had no experience as an
ad, only an assistant.

Are you guys getting fed up with Jimbo constantly being linked to the LSU job? It just seems strange that a coach being paid that much looks elsewhere two years in a row.

Doesn't bother me. I had rather have Neal Brown. Many say if Jimbo doesan' get rid of Kelly and Trickett, let him go where he thinks he will be happy.

I think you are right. I wish they would hire one of hisa co-defensive coordinators however. Kelly flat out sucks.

I remember when jimbo hired him. I said immedietly, he is making a big big mistake that he will regret someday. Kelly had no experience as a DC.

They tried to give him more money but he was partying with the coeds and his fiance threatened to LEAve him if he did'nt leave the state. I wish he were back. Kelly is terrible. Malzahn tried to hire him. That shows what he knows about defense.

If Jimbo leaves I would be fine with Herman but he is probably locked in somewhere.

Others wouldn't bother me.

Herman is the best young up and coming coach out there.

Jimbo is a good coach, recruits lights out. Where some of the shine has worn off is his naming Kelly as DC and Trickett as offensive line coach.

FSU has gone in behind at the half in almost every game the last two and a half years. Either Jimbo is stubborn or not as smart as I thought he was.

He is determined to run his pro style and by the time some of the players learn it, it is time to go to the NFL.

Paying a guy 5.2 million an lose 3 games this year, one to Louisville 63-20 is not what everybody had in mind.

For a guy who says you have to run the ball, having Trickett around this long is a head scratcher.

I had a good laugh today, one fan suggested buy out Jimbo and go after Herman.
