Aranda should hire O as his DL coach. Dude would probably end up with top 15 recruiting classes and be making CFB playoffs.

I don’t think his seat is hot at all. But Baylor has higher expectations than before. They have been to bowl games 11 of the last 13 years. Before that they went on a 16 year stretch without a bowl (or even a 500 season).
