Thank you for the input. I think most of us are curious what went wrong at Florida since the rep from Penn State was so good. The scheme part is interesting and mainly what I was wondering - assuming we are running a scheme similar to what Elko did when he was DC here we should be switching back to much more of a 1 gap from what we run under Durkin.

Spencer will be fine. He didn't have much to work with when he got the job from a personnel standpoint. In year 2, he had a few transfers to work with and TR FR. He's a pretty solid Recruiter as well.
