Shep is probably the most overrated recruit to ever step on a football field.
Randle is there 1 more year tops.

Maybe its not a great advantage, but I'd be willing to bet Les got more money for coordinators in his new contract
doesn't mean we can't pay it. I'm sure ESPN saying Chaney is a candidate for the LSU job will get him a nice raise.

Les is a veteran coach with a ring. Dooley has not done shite yet. Tennessee can go toe to toe with any school in the nation financially. Just look at the money Kiffin's staff made. Unreal

Tennessee is a good program. they were much better program in the late 80's early 90's. Over the last 10 years, i think lsu is looked at with a little more favor.
with that said, i really can't say it's not a lateral move.
regardless, lsu has as much or more to offer to Jim Chaney than Tennessee. We have stability here. Not sure tennessee does. D.D. is still a question mark.
tennesse used to be able to recuit nationally, however, that hasn't been the case in recent years. The talent level appears to be sporatic for them recently.

With some of the shittiest offense in the league. And our defense did just fine with only 11 players on the feild.

That is a silly and irrelevant point. Les Miles does not equate to stability. Dooley will be given a fair amount of time to get us back to winning championships. One loss next year and you guys will be on suicide watch demanding the Haters head.

Just say no. And stay in your lane. Tenn doesn't matter. We don't need to tell you that, do we?

Given UT's track record the last few years in thuggery, lack of wins, and head-to-head record against LSU, common sense would argue that Tennessee fans keep their heads down.
But I guess common sense is in short supply in east Tennessee.
LSU >>>> UT right now. We've won two BCS titles since the Vols won their last. We are never mentioned in the Fulmer Cup...named after a former UT coach...we have a much better looking campus in a much better area.
Our women are better looking. Our recruits are ranked higher. Coaches don't go from LSU to UT, they go from UT to LSU. And for good reason. We aren't in the mess you are in.
Add to all that, our school is in a talent rich state. Top flight recruits grow up here wanting to play for LSU. Not so much at UT.
I swear, these UT fans make Arkansas and Gump fans look good by comparison.

You lose. Go to any recruiting site and compare classes the past 5 years. Lsu finishes top 5 every year. Where's Tenn? You are delusional even having this conversation. Plus what's your record this year and last, and the year before that.....

History, the LSU/UT series record, Janzen Jackson, and Justin Hunter would say otherwise.
Look, LSU is my second favorite SEC team, because a good LSU benefits Tennessee. I hope you guys beat Florida and Bama every freaking year.
With that said, you guys were nothing special on a national level until Saban arrived. I greatly respect what LSU has accomplished since 2001, but lets get real.

ok, you must be 12.
stability is the most important thing to a coach.
dooley has two more years to succeed or be fired. if you guys are 6-6 or 7-5 at the end of year three with thumpings by bama and florida. he's gone and so is jim chaney.
miles has a 7 year deal, we pay as much or more, fertile recruiting grounds, and lsu doesn't have a rival. lsu is one of the best situations in the conference.

Show me what Tennesse has paid their coordinators the last 3 years compared to LSU

The salary pool for Kiffin's Tennessee staff last season totaled $3,625,000, which included his father and defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin's $1.5 million salary (counting a $300,000 payment he pocketed in December) and recruiting coordinator/defensive line coach Ed Orgeron's $650,000 salary. The figure is the most ever dished out to a staff of assistants at the college level, and totaled $5,620,000 when including Lane Kiffin.
We're poor.

And what exactly did Tenn accomplish before Fulmer got there? Stay in the present tool. Next thing I know you are going to tell me how you made the winning catch at your high school playoff game in the 70s....
